Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean and Corn Salad

16 Teaspoon Juice
4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 serving Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Sea Salt
0.125 tsp Cayenne Pepper
30 oz Black Beans
1.5 cup cut Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
2 Medium Tomatoes
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 cup Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for Black Bean and Corn Salad

  1. Place lime juice, garlic, salt and cayenne in a bowl and mix. Drizzel in Olive oil and mix aggessively.

  2. In a salad bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and add dressing. Mix again.
