Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean and Corn Salad

15 oz. black beans, rinsed and drained
4 oz. cheese, cut into 1/4 in. cubes
8 3/4 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions with tops
3/4 cup celery, tinly sliced
1 sweet red pepper, diced
3/4 cup picante sauce
2 T. olive oil
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. ground cumin
1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe Directions for Black Bean and Corn Salad

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well

  2. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
