1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
16 ounce black beans, rinsed and drained
16 ounce whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions
3/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
