5 oz. canned black beans 1.8 oz. spring onions 1/2 cup quinoa 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. cumin 5.1 oz. tomato 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar .6 oz cilantro 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. ginger root 1 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tbsp. honey

1/2 cup quinoa
