Recipe Ingredients for Black bean and corn pico de gallo

15 oz black beans
15 oz corn
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, minced
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Black bean and corn pico de gallo

Drain and rinse black beans, drain corn, dice tomatoes and put items in bowl. Add lemon juice, minced garlic, cilantro and salt to taste. Serve cold. Serving size should be around 1/4 cup but it will vary based on tomato size.
