Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Corn Pepper Side

3/4 cup black beans
1 cup canned corn
1/2 green pepper
1 slice onion
1 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
1/5 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Corn Pepper Side

  1. Soak and possibly boil black beans, cool off.

  2. Mix with fine chopped pepper, chopped onion and a can of corn kernes. Mix salad dressing and hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste and leave in refrigerator for about an hour or more.
