Black Bean and Corn Loaf - Cleanse friendly food

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean and Corn Leaf

3 1/2 cup Whole Grain Brown
2 cup Black Beans, Organic
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 1/2 cup, chopped Carrots
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 cup, chopped Onions
4 clove Garlic
1 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tablespoon Oregano
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 medium Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Black Bean and Corn Leaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mix rice, beans, and corn together in large bowl.

  3. Saute onions, carrots and garlic in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until onions are soft. Let cool for 3 minutes and add to bean mixture.

  4. Stir in basil, oregano, cumin, and eggs. Add black better and salt to taste.

  5. Pour into lightly oiled loaf pan, cover, and bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until set. Serve with tomato sauce (if you want)
