Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean & Corn Dip

0.75 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
36 tsp Sugar Pure Cane Granulated
12 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Filtered, Organic
3 cup Black Beans
2.5 cup White Shoepeg Corn
1/4 cup chopped Green Onions
1 cup Traditional Feta Crumbled

Recipe Directions for Black Bean & Corn Dip

  1. Combine oil, sugar and vinegar in a sauce pan and heat until sugar dissolves. Then cool.

  2. In separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients.

  3. Add oil/vinegar mixture and let marinate 2-3 hours before serving
