Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean & Corn Chili

1 lb ground beef
24 oz tomatos, diced
12 oz black beans
12 oz corn, yellow
1 onion, large
1 green bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Black Bean & Corn Chili

  1. chop onions and pepper

  2. cook in large pot with garlic

  3. add ground beef, cook till browned

  4. add all other ingredients

  5. add chili powder, worstershire sauce, cumin, pepper and salt to taste

  6. let stew at least 30 min

  7. may need to add veggie or beef broth to desired consistency

  8. enjoy
