Smokey Black Bean and Corn Cili w/Chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Black bean and Corn Chili

1 cup Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Cumin Seed
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 large Onions
1 serving Tomato Paste
20 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
2 Serving Chicken
2 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
8 tablespoon Poblano Pepper

Recipe Directions for Black bean and Corn Chili

  1. Sautee onion, end peppers in olive oil

  2. Add in beans, roasted tomatoes, tomato paste, broth and spices, let simmer at least 10 mins.

  3. Add cooked chicken and corn, let simmer till all flavors have melded and heated through, about 10 mins.
