Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean & Corn Chili

1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 1/2 cup cooked black beans
15 oz canned tomato
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup frozen corn
1 tsp splenda
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 cup green pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Black Bean & Corn Chili

  1. Sautee onion and garlic in oil until onion is clear

  2. Add all other ingredients (except green pepper). Mix and heat to a boil. Reduce to a simmer.

  3. Add green pepper and continue to simmer until green pepper is soft.
