Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Chipotle Chili Soup

1 T olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
1 cup diced carrots
4 teaspoons cumin
1 cup chopped celery
1 red pepper, chopped
1 T wine
30 oz beans
1 T diced pepper (chipotle)
14 ounce tomatoes, undrained
1/2 c orange juice
6 cups water
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
1 Salt and pepper to taste
2 T lime juice

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Chipotle Chili Soup

Saute veggies. Add everything else. Simmer until carrots are tender. Best to let sit overnight before serving.
