Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Chilli

45 oz Black Beans
21 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
28 oz Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Chilli

Saute diced onion and pepper in large pot (also can add garlic or any other veggies really). Add about 1-1.5 lb ground turkey and brown. Add drained beans (can substitute other types of beans) and diced tomatoes. Add 1.5 tbs chilli powder, 1tbs oregano, and 1 tbs basil leaves. Also, add some water if you prefer. Simmer for an hour.
