Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Chilli

1 tbsp olive oil
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
54 oz stewed tomatoes
38 oz cooked black beans
2 red peppers

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Chilli

  1. Cook onions, garlic, carrots, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and salt.

  2. Add tomatoes, black beans and red peppers.

  3. Simmer for 40 minutes.
