Cuban style black beans with chili

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Chili

2 serving (MorningStar) Meal Starters (1 Cup)
2 serving Diced onions
4 serving (Filippo Berio) Extra Light tasting Olive Oil (1Tbsp)
3 serving (Publix) Black Beans (whole can)
2 serving Cooking Wine
8 serving (GV) White corn

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Chili

  1. heat olive oil in pot.

  2. saute morning star crumbles, season with garlic powder, and paprika

  3. Add diced peppers and onion.

  4. Cook until well cooked thru.

  5. add white wine, stir, mix in cans of black beans.

  6. Add salsa, and finish seasoning with italian seasoning and more garlic.

  7. Let simmer, and serve over rice.
