This is a very healthy chili. It takes pretty good. In addition to the ingredients I added 3 packages of chili seasoning to add more flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Chili

4 cups black beans
2 onions
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 green bell pepper
2 celery stalks
2 carrots
1/2 cup green chilies
2 tablespoons chili powder
3 cups tomatoes
6 cups vegetable broth

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Chili

I put everything in the crockpot for 10 hours (first I precooked the beans)
