Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Chili - Grammy's Homemade

16 oz Beans Black
29 oz Diced Tomatoes
2 serving Beef Bouillon Bouillon Cubes
7 oz Green Chili Peppers
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Cumin Seed

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Chili - Grammy's Homemade

  1. Sort, rinse and boil 2 cups (1 lb.) of dry black beans (with bouillon cubes) according to package directions.

  2. Cut carrot and celery stalks into thin slices. Dice choplets into half-inch cubes; set aside.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients to cooked beans and simmer for 30-45 minutes before serving. Add water, if necessary, while simmering chili.
