Black Bean and Chickpea Hummus, using lots of garlic and cilantro.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean and Chickpea Hummus

1 cup Black Beans Canned
2 cup Peas Chick
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
4 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
4 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Black Bean and Chickpea Hummus

  1. Mince garlic, as it can get chunky if not minced before hand.

  2. Put everying into a food processor.

  3. BLEND!

  4. Takes less than 10 minutes.

  5. Makes 15 servings (approx) of 5tbsp of hummus.
