Recipe Directions for Black Bean Chicken Chili

  1. In a large pot mix chili beans, black beans, tomatoes, green chilies and onions. Keep heat at medium

  2. Stir in water, spices and shredded chicken breast. (Make sure chicken is cooked throughly before hand.)

  3. Cover and simmer on low at least one hour. Half way through add cornstarch to help thicken. Mix the cornstarch with a 1/4 cup of warm water to let it dissolve before adding, otherwise it will be chunky.
