Recipe Ingredients for Black bean and cheese burritos

3 1/4 cup Refried Black Beans
1 small Onions
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Cumin
1 dash Pepper, Black
1/2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 1/2 tsp Franks RedHot Hot Sauce
1.31 cup Mexican 4 Cheese
7 wrap Smart

Recipe Directions for Black bean and cheese burritos

  1. sautee, onions, garlic, cumin, green pepper in water until soft.

  2. add refried black beans, heat until warmed

  3. warm tortilla on flat grill

  4. fill with 1/2 cup bean mixture, 3 tbsp cheese, and good sprinkling of franks red hot

  5. roll and freeze.

  6. Pull out of freezer and pop in the microwave.

  7. Enjoy.
