2 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
52 1/2 grams Onions
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
64 grams Tortilla Chips
2 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Casserole

  1. Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips Place in 8x8"

  2. casserole dish top with tortilla chips and cheese. Bake at 350 for about 15 mins, or until cheese melts.
