2 tbs olive oil, for sauteing
1 small onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 large green pepper, chopped
28 oz black beans

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Burrito Filling

Saute all but the beans in the oil. Add the beans and heat through, mashing some. Put in tortillas and add the toppings you like; squirt with lime juice if available.
