4 serving Unico black beans
1 1/2 cup, grated Carrots
3/4 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
2 large Egg, White
1 tsp cumin
1 black pepper to taste

mix all ingredients in food processor until blended. form into patties and cook in pan until brown
