Recipe Ingredients for Black bean burgers

16 oz can no salt added black beans
0.98 lb 95% lean ground beef
1 teaspoon cholula
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon A1 steak sauce
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Black bean burgers

  1. Mash beans gently with a fork, add seasonings if desired.

  2. Mix in with beef

  3. Form into patties

  4. Grill/cook as you wish

  5. Enjoy :)
