Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Burgers

30 ounces canned black beans
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/3 cup whole almonds
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbs lime juice
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tbs chili powder
2 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons vegizest
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, to taste!
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup diced onion
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup yellow cornmeal

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Burgers

Process all except 1/2 of black beans until chopped small and mixed. Put in bowl and mix in remaining beans. Shape into patties and bake at 300 for 50 minutes, turning once. Serve with avocado and tomato slices.
