Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Burgers

15 oz black beans
1/2 small onion, chopped and sautéed
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 tbsps canola oil

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Burgers

sautee onions until soft then add to other ingredients. Form into patties and fry in oil until slightly firm. Enjoy!
