Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Burgers

591 ml Black Beans
1 cup carrots
1 cup onions
1 cup mushrooms
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Burgers

  1. Sauté onions, carrots, minced garlic and mushrooms together in olive oil.

  2. Rinse beans and mash with oats.

  3. All everything together and mash.

  4. Form into 8 patties and bake or grill until cooked.
