1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced finely
3 slices whole wheat bread, pulsed to crumbs
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
