An excellent substitute for traditional beef burgers.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Burgers

1 cup black beans
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1 oz cilantro
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 vidalia onion
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Burgers

Rinse and pat dry black beans. Bake on cookie sheet at 35 degrees for 25 minutes. Combine in food processor with 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, and finely diced onion. Form into burgers. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Place burgers in pan and cook until crispy on both sides.
