Recipe Ingredients for black bean burgers

15 oz Beans Black
0.5 large Onions
6 grams Garlic
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Seasoned
3 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for black bean burgers

mash black beans with fork or potato masher. add finely chopped onion, garlic and bell pepper. set aside. mix egg, cumin and chili powder. combine with bean mixture. add bread crumbs. mix well. form into 4 patties. fry in pan or on your grill. enjoy.
