Recipe Ingredients for black bean burgers

2 cup Black Beans
0.5 medium Yellow Onions
0.25 cup Flaxseed
1 clove(3 g) Garlic
2 tbsp chopped Chives
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for black bean burgers

  1. Chop the onion, mince the chives, and mince or grate the garlic.

  2. Drain and rinse the black beans.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to food processor.

  4. Blend until smooth and moist but still firm.

  5. Divide into patties (4-6) and grill over medium heat until browned (about 4 minutes on each side).

  6. Allow to cool at room temperature to finish firming up.
