Yummy black bean burger. If you substitute the bouillon with veggie version, this meal with be vegan.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Burgers

1 cup Instant Black Beans
1 cup TVP
1 serving Beef Granulated Bouillon
0.5 cup, dry, yields Oats
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.2 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Burgers

Boil two cups water on stove, add bouillon. When dissolved, add to black bean and tvp. Add oats and 2 T. of whole wheat flour.. Mix well. Put oil in pan on med-high heat, shape mixture into 6 patties and fry until browned on both sides.
