Bean "burger" that can be used for patties or ground such as with tacos using taco seasoning (no water for season- use oil!)

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Burger

3 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
3/4 cup Coriander Leaves
1/4 cup Applesauce
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
44 grams Yellow Corn Meal
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Burger

  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT olive oil. Slightly fork mixture. Form in to patties for burgers or use "ground. "

  2. Olive oil for frying in pan.
