Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Burger Pockets

1 Spicy Black Bean Burger
1 Whole Wheat Pita Bread
2 tbsp Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/8 cup Roasted Red Pepper, chopped
2 1/2 oz No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/8 cup Cucumber, sliced
1 dash Paprika
1 dash Salt
1 tsp Garlic Clove

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Burger Pockets

  1. Cook veggie burger according to package directions. Cut in half when warmed.

  2. Combine the yogurt, garlic, paprika, and salt.

  3. Warm pita pocket. Cut into half if not done so already.

  4. Slice the unpeeled cucumber.

  5. Combine the pepper, feta cheese, and olive oil.

  6. Spread the yogurt mixture in the pita.

  7. Fill with the burger, pepper mixture, and cucumber slices.
