Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Burger Patty

15 oz black beans
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1 cup italian bread crumbs
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 egg white, lightly beaten

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Burger Patty

  1. blend beans, 1 tbsp oil & garlic to paste

  2. stir into bread crumbs

  3. add seasoning and egg

  4. with moist hands make 4 patties

  5. heat in pan remaining 2 tbsp oil

  6. add patties - cook 4 min on first side

  7. flip, 3 min on second
