Recipe Ingredients for black bean and bulgur burger

1.5 cup Bulgur, Cooked
30 oz Black Beans, Organic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for black bean and bulgur burger

  1. Cook bulgur as directed (you may substitute quinoa for bulgur)

  2. Drain canned black beans; mash

  3. Finely chop onion

  4. Mix all ingredients together and form into patties (the egg works to help the patties stay together-- you may substitute oatmeal or breadcrumbs for egg)

  5. Broil, grill, bake or pan fry patties; serve immediately!
