I found this recipe on mysweetconnection.com and changed the oil to margarine. This is a great alternative to fat-laden brownies.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Brownies

1 7/8 cups black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup Splenda
3 tbsp baking cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp margarine, melted
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

  3. Pour mixture into a pan sprayed with cooking spray.

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
