Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Brownies

15 oz Black Beans - 50% less sodium
1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
2 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/2 cup, chopped Hazelnuts Or Filberts
1 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Brownies

Rinse beans, then fill can up with water, and add 1 cup extra water. Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
