Dense, fudge-y and ultra healthy. You can use 2 mashed bananas instead of the apple sauce but I found it tasted too much banana.

Recipe Ingredients for BLACK BEAN BROWNIES

15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup apple sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa (Fry s)
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for BLACK BEAN BROWNIES

  1. In a food processor, blend oats.

  2. Add all other ingredients except the Chocolate Chips and blend just until you see the beans are gone.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips. Put mixture into an 8 x 8" greased pan.

  4. Bake 350 F for 30 minutes. Cool & Serve.
