Black beans + Protein Powder + Peanut Butter

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Brownies

15 ounce unseasoned black beans, drained and rinsed
4 eggs
1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons oil
4 scoops whey protein
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup low-fat ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
1/4 cup peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Brownies

Mix all ingredients in blender. Pour in 13x9 pan and cook for 30-40 minutes @ 350 degrees. Cool and cut.
