Made from scratch black bean brownies!

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Brownies

15 oz black beans
2 egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup rolled oats

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Puree in a blender all the ingredients except the oats (and chips/walnuts/coconut).

  3. Add the oats and mix well. Pour the puree into a greased, 8-inch square pan.

  4. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on your oven's temperature. You'll know they're done when you dip a clean knife into the center and it comes out clean.

  5. Cool completely before eating.
