Easy to make brownies with extra protein and fiber

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Brownies

15 oz of black beans
1/2 c self rising flour
1/2 c Agave syrup
1/2 c egg whites
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa
2 T vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 c chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix all ingredients together in food processor until smooth

  3. Pour into lightly greased 8x8 baking dish

  4. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

  5. Cool for 1 hour
