Flourless sugar-free brownies with natural sweeteners. Walnuts and chocolate chips are optional.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Brownies

0.67 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
8 tbsp Agave Nectar
0.5 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 cup DRAINED Black Beans, Canned
0.5 cup, in shell, edible yield (7 nuts) Walnuts, English
4 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Brownies

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8x8 pan. Place beans (drained and rinsed), bananas, nectar, cocoa, cinnamon, and vanilla into blender. Blend until smooth. Move mixture to mixing bowl and fold in oats. Add chocolate chips and walnuts, if you're using them. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
