Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Brownies

15 1/2 oz black beans
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp sugar
25 g Cocoa Powder
3 eggs
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp instant coffee
1/3 c dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Brownies

Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in blender or food processor and pulse thoroughly until smooth and well combined. Pour evenly into a lined muffin pan and top with chocolate chips and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until the top is dry.
