Recipe Ingredients for black bean brownies no nuts

1 cup boiled black beans
7/8 cup coffee
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1 1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp mace
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for black bean brownies no nuts

  1. combine and sift the dry ingredients.

  2. puree the beans and liquids in the food processor.

  3. combine the liquid with the dry.

  4. pour into a sprayed 9 x 13 pan.

  5. bake in a preheated 350 oven for 25-30 minutes

  6. do not overbake
