Recipe Ingredients for Black bean and beef taco

1 lb ground beef
1 taco seasoning
12 oz can black beans
6 oz can tomato sauce
10 taco shells

Recipe Directions for Black bean and beef taco

  1. Cook beef in skillet on medium heat until browned, drain.

  2. Add tomatos, add beans (Rinsed and drained), add taco seasoning mix.

  3. Let simmer 10 to 15 minutes

  4. Allow to cool and add to taco shells. Top with cheese, sour cream, or salsa.
