1 green pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
14 oz black beans
36 grams fajita seasoning mix (1 package)
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Black bean and beef fajitas

  1. Follow directions on back of Fajita Seasning Mix.

  2. Stir in black beans.

  3. Let it simmer until you can handle it no more. (This may only be a few minutes.)
