Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean, Avacado and Tomato Quinoa

1 fl oz Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 cup Quinoa
14 oz Black Beans, Canned
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados

Recipe Directions for Black Bean, Avacado and Tomato Quinoa

  1. Prepare quinoa as directed on box.

  2. Whisk together lime zest, lime juice, oilive oli, sugar, salt and pepper to taste in large bowl.

  3. Add cooked quinoa to dressing and toss until absorbed.

  4. Stir in remaining indgredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
