Grilled Cheese the old fashioned way. Comfort food

Recipe Ingredients for BJ's Grilled Chees (full fat version)

2 slices bread
1 slice cheese
2 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for BJ's Grilled Chees (full fat version)

Heat fry pan. Melt 1 tps butter in pan of med heat. Place one slice bread in butter to fry slightly. Place cheese on unfried side of bread. Place other slice of bread on top. Press with spatchula. Lift sandwich with spatchula. Melt other tbs of butter. Place sandwhcih back in pan with unfried side down. Press and fry slightly. Cut at angle and serve. Great with coke and tomatoe soup
