Recipe Ingredients for Bistro cod with Penne Pasts

7 oz Cod
8 oz Mezze Penne
1 tbsp chopped Shallots
2 clove Garlic
8 oz Diced Tomatoes
0.13 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
8 oz Wine
0.5 cup Broth Chicken Reduced Sodium
2 oz Organic Zucchini

Recipe Directions for Bistro cod with Penne Pasts

Cook pasta according to directions. Cook red pepper in hot oil. Add zucchini and garlic. Add chardonnay and reduce by half. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, and cod. Cover and cook til done. Add basil, pasts, and zest and juice of 1/2 lemon.
